Video Orders Without an Account

When you buy a ready-made video without an account, we collect only what the order needs: the photos you upload, the aspect ratio you choose, the email address Stripe collects at checkout, and your IP address for abuse prevention. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

Your photos are sent to our video generation provider to make the video, and are deleted from our storage as soon as the video is finished or the order is refunded. The finished video is kept for 14 days behind a private link and is then deleted. Order pages are not indexed by search engines. Anyone with the link can open the video, so keep it private.

You must only upload photos of adults who have agreed to appear in the video. Do not upload photos of children or of anyone who has not agreed.
